BUDS WAREHOUSE IS A DISCOUNTED HOME IMPROVEMENT THRIFT STORE. If you like to find a deal for your home, Buds is the place for you!.  Pictures on our website are from actual customers who have found items and have done something amazing with them.    

ALL OF THE ITEMS IN OUR STORE ARE ACQUIRED FROM OTHER RETAILERS, VENDORS, BUILDERS, REMODELERS, ETC.  ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE EITHER PREVIOUSLY USED, STILL IN A BOX OR IN A "LIKE NEW" CONDITION. MOST OF THE TIME WE ONLY GET ONE OF A SINGLE ITEM.  SOMETIMES WE GET LUCKY AND GET SEVERAL.  EITHER WAY, WHAT IS HERE TODAY MAY NOT BE HERE TOMORROW.  

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE CONDITION OR PROVIDE A WARRANTY FOR ANY PRODUCT.  SOMETIMES PARTS ARE MISSING THAT WE ARE NOT AWARE OF, SOMETIMES THERE ARE DENTS AND SCRATCHES, BUT OUR HANDY CUSTOMERS ARE USUALLY ABLE TO MAKE THEM PERFECT BY FIXING ITEMS OR FINDING THAT MISSING PART ELSEWHWERE. 

CUSTOMERS NEED TO INSPECT PURCHASES CAREFULLY BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. 

 

RETURNS: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS, AS LISTED BELOW:

 

  • APPLIANCES:  All appliances and electronics have a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase.  Must return item and show original receipt for a refund.  Appliance must be in the same condition in which it was purchased.

 

  • ONLINE STORE PURCHASES:   Online orders can be cancelled or refunded before picked up or at time of pick-up.  Purchases that have been picked up and have left the store are considered ALL SALES FINAL.  We will only hold online orders for 4 days unless a later pickup date has been pre-approved by us directly.  Online purchases not picked up within 4 days will be subject to refund and put back in inventory.

 

  • ITEMS ON HOLD IN STORE (WILL CALL): Orders purchased in store and being held in our will call area for a future pick-up MUST BE picked up within 4 days.  Will Call Items that have not been picked up, will be cancelled and refunded after 4 days unless a later date has been pre-approved for pickup.
  • Purchases that have been picked up and left the store are considered ALL SALES FINAL. Items that have not left store can still be cancelled and refunded by the customer.  

 

 

SHIPPING - PICK UP ONLY AT OUR STORE. 

Bud's Warehouse DOES NOT SHIP items purchased online or in store.   

Customer need to PICK UP ONLY at our store during regular business hours Mon-Fri 10-5:30 and Sat 9-5:30.   We are closed on Sunday and some holidays.  Please allow time for loading large orders.   This is hard to do when arriving at close unless you have called us in advance and arranged for a late pick-up.

PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A READY FOR PICK UP NOTIFICATION BEFORE HEADING TO THE STORE.  IT CAN TAKE SEVERAL BUSINESS HOURS, FOR OUR GUYS TO PULL YOUR ORDER AND PREPARE IT FOR PICKUP.   IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE GETTING THE NOTIFICATION, YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT AWHILE FOR THEM TO PREPARE THE ORDER.  THANK YOU.
