Bud’s Warehouse is a discounted home improvement retail store. If you love finding deals and unique pieces for your home, Bud’s is the place for you! Many of the photos on our website come from our customers who found treasures here and transformed them into something amazing.

Our inventory comes from retailers, vendors, builders, remodelers, and homeowners. Items may be previously used, still in the box, or in “like new” condition. Most of the time we only receive one-of-a-kind items, though occasionally we get multiples. What’s here today may not be here tomorrow!

Item Condition & Inspection

• All items are sold as-is, with no warranty or guarantee.
  
  
• Some products may have dents, scratches, or missing parts we are not aware of.
  
  
• Customers are responsible for inspecting purchases carefully before buying and before leaving the store.
  
  
• Many of our customers enjoy fixing, repurposing, or adding the missing piece to make items work perfectly for their homes.
  
  

Electronics & Appliances Policy

• Electronics and appliances may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  
  
• A valid original receipt is required for any return or refund.
  
  
• Bud’s does not provide a warranty on these items. However, in some cases, you may still be able to receive warranty service directly from the manufacturer.
  
  

Order Pickup & Return Policy

• Pickup Window: We request that you pick up your Online and Will-Call orders within 7 days of purchase.
  
  
• Extensions: If you need more time, please contact us—exceptions may be approved with prior notice.
  
  
• After 14 Days: Unclaimed items will be subject to be returned to inventory and refunded to your credit card.
  
  
• Refund Time Limit: Our payment provider no longer allows us to do refunds after 30 days.
  
  
• After 30 Days: If your order is still unclaimed, you must request a refund. A $50 restocking fee will be applied to cover administrative costs.

Shipping & Pickup Information

• Shipping: Bud’s Warehouse does not ship items purchased online or in store.

• Pickup Only: All orders must be picked up at our store during regular business hours:

  • Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Closed Sundays and select holidays

• Large Orders: Please allow time for loading large orders. Arriving at closing time may delay pickup unless you have arranged for a late pickup in advance.  If you will need a forklift, you need to contact us in advance to make sure we have a forklift driver available at the time of your arrival. 

• Pickup Notifications: Please wait until you receive a Ready for Pickup notification before coming to the store. Preparing orders can take several business hours. If you arrive before your notification, you may experience a wait while your order is prepared.
